ISPM 15 Treatment and Pallet Marking

When checking an ISPM 15 pallet, look for a legible treatment mark and ask the supplier to confirm the applicable treatment and marking. Our supplied photos include examples bearing an IPPC symbol, GB country code, producer identifier and HT treatment code. Photographs illustrate markings but do not establish the current treatment status of another pallet or independently verify supplier authorisation. Specify moisture requirements separately if kiln drying is also needed.

Read our guide to how to identify an ISPM 15 stamp and compare ISPM 15 exemptions and pallet alternatives.

Delivery and export checks

Confirm stock, transport costs and lead times for your full address. For regular orders, share expected weekly quantities and any seasonal peaks. Treatment and marking requirements should be agreed before dispatch.

Check destination rules with your freight forwarder. Read official export wood packaging requirements.
